These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Treesera website and any services provided by Treesera (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Treesera provides AI automation, software development, social media management, data services, and business consulting services as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement between Treesera and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access, content, or materials reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect project timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are set out in the individual proposal or invoice for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the specific deliverables created for them under their engagement, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems owned by Treesera, which remain our property and are licensed to the client for their use.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treesera’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
