Pricing Questions
Do you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials contracts?+
For project work (automations, SaaS builds, training), we use fixed-price contracts with a defined scope. For ongoing retainers (fractional CTO, social media, maintenance), we use monthly retainer pricing.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?+
We scope carefully upfront to minimise this. If scope changes significantly, we discuss and agree on a change order before proceeding. Small scope adjustments within reason don't incur extra charges.
Do you offer a discount for bundling multiple services?+
Yes. If you engage us for two or more services simultaneously, we can offer a 10–15% bundle discount. Discuss this on your strategy call.
